Italian Lemon Chicken

Italian lemon chicken


INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • The black paper powder as required
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Italian Parsley
METHODS:

  • Step #1. Flat chicken breast with a hammer to 1/2 inch thick
  • Step #2. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Coat with all-purpose four and shake off excess flour
  • Step #3. Melt butter with olive oil on medium heat. When it starts to sizzle, add chicken breast pieces, and cook for 3 minutes. Don't move after three minutes turn and side and cook for more three minutes (cook chicken in badges if the pan is not large).
  • Step #4. Remove chicken in a plate.
  • Step #5. In the same pad add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. When start cooking return chicken in broth and simmer on low heat until chicken completely cooked. Remove chicken to platter.
  • Step #6. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in parsley, salt, and black pepper powder.
  • Step #7. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
