Crab Balado

Cooked Crab like anything must taste good. Today crab processing is more into Balado recipes from Indonesia. Indonesia is very famous for a variety of culinary delights, one of which is very famous for Padang cuisine, namely Sambal Balado. We will process this crab into something a little different because rarely all mothers do or cook crab with Balado spices. let's mother directly practice the recipe and how to make it.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of crabs
  • 15 red chilies
  • 3 red grapes
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass
  • Sufficient sugar and salt
  • Sufficient mineral water
  • Sufficient cooking oil
METHODS:
  1. Step #1. Blend all the spices, I just use a blender to make it easy. After it's smooth, prepare the skillet and add the oil then saute the spices that have been mashed earlier along with the bay leaves and mashed lemongrass.
  2. Step #2. After the spices is cooked and smell good, mix with mineral water, add sugar and salt according to taste. Cook until boiling
  3. Step #3. After boiling, put the crabs that have been washed beforehand, stirring. Cook until the crab turns orange, meaning the crab is ripe. Leave it first until the water is absorbed by the crab and only leaves the seasoning. When it's time to turn off the heat and the crabs are ready to be served .. Practical and not complicated great taste.
