INGREDIENTS
- White Bread Slices
- Garlic Butter = 1/2 cups
- Oil = 1 tbsp
- Beef Mince = 500 gr
- Onion = 1
- Garlic = 2 colves
- Oregano = 1/2 tsp
- Chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
- Passata = 3/4 cup
- Cream = 1/2 cup
- Fusilli cooked = 500 gr
- Pasta Water = 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella grated
- Fresh Mozzarella
METHOD:
Step #1. Prepare 10 pieces of white bread that have been greased with butter. arrange neatly into a basin, put into the baking tray

Step #2. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C / 350 F, (while waiting for the baking process, do next process)
Step #3. Pour 1 tbsp of oil into a preheated pan, add 500 gr beef mince, stir until evenly distributed, mix the sliced onions, add the garlic slices, sprinkle 1/2 tsp oregano, sprinkle 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes, add 3/4 passata, Stir until evenly distributed, add 1/2 cream, stir again, cover the pan, leave a few minutes for the heating process

Step #4. After the beef mince cooking process is complete, add 500 grams of cooked Fusilli, stir it evenly with beef mince, pour 1/2 cup of water paste

Step #5. After 20 minutes, take the baked white bread, add the grated Mozzalerra, then heat it for about 10 minutes so that the mozzalerra melts

Step #6. After completing the heating process, remove the baked white bread, then enter the beef mince that has been mixed with 500 grams of fusilli, add fresh mozzarella on top, then heat it again for about 5 minutes.
